Former Real Madrid and Spanish International Striker Raúl González is in Nepal on a private visit and he receives large reception from Nepalese fans in front of Dwarika Hotel, Battisputali. The former forward of Spanish giant Real Madrid was also seen at the Adidas showroom in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, confirmed Manju Khadgi, a staffer of the showroom. According to Khadgi, who claims to be a football fan herself, Raul visited the showroom with his wife and two children.
Raul was captain of the Spanish national football team from 2002 to 2006. He has played three World Cups and two European Cups. He has scored 44 goals in 102 matches for Spain.
